America's Life Expectancy Crisis

I suppose this is a crisis if we are trying to save red areas who are science and medicine averse. Big if for me. 🤷
Yes, but that's primarily in states that didn't elect to expand Medicaid. Again, red states.
It's been a trend in the red rural areas of NC where I grew up as well. I know people who literally sell homes and move closer to hospitals if they are going to require extended treatment. Still vote red.
It's appalling, but it is self-inflicted. 🙁
@Cosmichomicide very true. I've been a small blue dot in a sea of red for most of my life. Stupidity kills, but not fast enough.
