The ideal temperature for sleep is generally in the 60s.

Texas recommends 82 degrees so the grid doesn't break.

Pretty sure he was reassuring the folks who own the grid that it wouldn't cost them any money, he was just going to tell the rubes it was fixed. 🤷

I cannot imagine that they have set the thermostats in government buildings to this. But I am still amused at the idea of doing it.
