Truly perfect in every way! Collectors tend to end up with random parts. I don't have as many as most, so I was pretty happy. In December I passed along a bunch of parts I'll never use, because they went with machines I'm not interested in having, and someone sent ME a part I needed, and we don't charge each other, and so the universe pays it forward.
I just outed a scammer trying to sell expensive (think $700) vintage sewing machines that are actually owned by other people (one in a different state than where they claimed to be in, & one in another country), & I'm feeling rather happy. I contacted the actual sellers, & one has already jumped into the forum to confirm that that person is a scammer.
Trust your gut, kids, & don't fuck with someone who worked as a historical researcher. I used to find the DEAD for a living, ffs.
