@Coffee_and_Salt I would much rather be able to give positive feedback. In the pre-pandemic world I especially liked asking good waiters/waitresses if I could speak to the manager at a restaurant just so I could tell them what great service we had received. I think too often people are more willing to share the negative things, and that's unfortunate.
