Don't drink raw milk. Mr. Cosmic grew up on a dairy farm and he's even more adamant than I. Gotta come out of "the scalding" before you drink it.
@Cosmichomicide I'm all in for the raw milk/anti vax/raw meat crowd. As long as I don't have to pay their medical bills or funeral costs, infect away!
I don't think the brainwashed learn, until they, or someone close, suffer the consequences. At least that's what I learned in 2020 with Covid.
@kay_dub @Cosmichomicide Unfortunately, we do end up bearing the costs just as we end bearing the costs for activities such as cigarette smoking and riding motorcycles without a helmet. All of these activities have externalities - the indirect effects of economic activities that affect people who are not directly involved in those activities. And in many cases the costs are direct as their own resources are inadequate to cover their medical needs and they become victims a burden on the state.
