Nothing Paramount does surprises me after their clumsy and shambolic promoting of Discovery S04 at Europe conventions mere weeks before it was due to air -- fans whipped into a frenzy, then: 'haha, fuck you lowly afterthoughts outside the US, you ain't getting Discovery S04 for months yet', to the suprise of even the show's cast. Then, and only in reaction to the fucktonne of backlash, they announce it's going to be on SpikeTV, with ads, like we should all be so bloody grateful. #startrek

@Mauve_matelot My partner had a 1.4 Fiesta, it was a diesel and nippy. She hardly drove it so I'd take it on night shifts to give it a good run. Not getting mine back until Tuesday... Corsa doesn't have an aux jack either so I'm stuck with Radio 1. #firstworldproblems

So, the radiator is buggered on my car; had to borrow my Grandfather's battered 20 year old Vauxhall Corsa for the fifty mile round trips to work.

Now, I'm no speed demon, but I'm also not used to petrol engines or anything below a 2.0.

Me and this little petrol one-point-almost three-speed automatic aren't exactly bonding. It screams, a lot, but the needle barely moves. I've developed a sudden dislike of hills... 🙃
