@Bliss I'm a valley's boy, more sensible folks up my way.
Four of my (Newport) staff have ticked Reform as a 'protest vote', to keep Lab/Con 'on their toes', because of 'the migrants'...
Sadly, being a manager, I can't reply with, "fucking fuck the fuck off you filthy fascist fucking fucks".
Biting so many bullets that I'm going to be shitting shrapnel for a week.
Looking through late Grandfather's vinyl. Classical albums from 50's & 60's; a 9 LP Readers Digest, 6 LP Karajan set. Several Rachmaninoff LPs. Fleetwood Mac's 'Rumours' from its release year: pristine.
I love digital music for its portability and convenience, but when I bump-off, 'going through Chris' music collection, mostly mp3 but some ripped in 24bit FLAC!', doesn't have the same ring does it?
Adobe only amended it because they got caught. Always keep local copies of your shit, especially if you're using the cloud.

There are other people and forums that cover 'Dot and Bubble' with greater nuance than I can - and I'd advise you read the Reddit because there's layers to unpack in this one.
All I have to say on this episode, other than I hope some people were left feeling uncomfortable, is that I owned 'Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini' on both cassette and vinyl, and I won't be judged for it. #DoctorWho
Someone on Fedi recommended this plucky little search engine (in beta): marks results that contain ads or paywall, can remove copycat sites and top 10,000 most popular, search only indieweb, hacker, or academic sites.
First series one #DoctorWho episode I've enjoyed so far.
I don't like babies, let alone creepy talking ones. The Beatles are meh, musicals are meh-meh; dance numbers that aren't Morecambe and Wise, Two Ronnies, or Monty Python are meh-meh-meh.
They don't make them like they used to.

@bfgreen I use it in work when I fancy a filter, it's clean and simple. Some nice coffee roasters in Wales. I like the ritual, over just popping-in a tassimo pod (I like loose tea as well). I've always liked half a spoon of brown sugar a spot of milk, but recently I added 10ml of maple syrup instead and we really liked it.
@bfgreen I love my Aeropress, and my Clever Dripper if I'm willing share my magic beans.
Last desperate cry of the burning party.
They've had fourteen years to do all the things they are saying they'll achieve if you're stupid enough to give them another term; to inevitably promise at the end of that term to do what they were give another five years to achieve, if you are stupid enough to give them another term. And on and on and on it goes.
@jenebene @Minholkin Yeah, I've got more chance of seeing dancing lights on an acid trip than where I live. It's annoying.
@CinnamonGirlE Ooh, that's deep; I like. 🤘
@MLClark Oh, I already found it; somewhere among the Debrid. 😉
I only heard of Scavengers Reign because of news it got cancelled. No legitimate way to get Max in the UK so there's animated shows like this, Pantheon, and Fired on Mars that aren't legally available to stream anywhere here.
