Be mindful of healthy body to ensure a health mind during this time of dread.
Even though I am vacillating between 😱 and 🧘🏻♀️, I refuse to live in it ongoing. Yes. We are gonna live in trumerica for the future, but I have a beautiful inner mind set, and people I love, who love me. I pull inwards where I need to and reach out where I can.
This is the way...

@CinnamonGirlE One of the fellows I volunteered on another local nonprofit headed up the food bank for several years. He negotiated with a local grocery chain to get some of their refrigerator and freezer cases when they shut down a store a opened a new one. He raised money for a truck to help get farm produce and eggs and dairy to the food bank. It’s a massive organization now, plenty of volunteers, many, like him, working well into their 80s. He passed away at age 91. A true hero.

My littles celebrating their bds and Valentines a few years ago. It makes me happy.
While driving yesterday it occurred to me I could start a blog with drivers on the phones. Take their pics and license plates and post for all to see.
I want to have a special section for what I call "penis trucks". Asses who demand to rule the road as they text in their giant duallys.
Special points if they have trump flags/stickers.
