Hoping your MRI goes well. Concentrate on yourself first, pull back if you have to.
I was pulled back Tuesday—Friday. Couldn’t speak, breathe or communicate. Tachycardia kicked in again. Almost back to ER.
Finally @CinnamonGirlE talked me down off the ledge.
I’m still at that stage of not letting go. Butterflies & kitties are not counter balancing my rage. Only breathing, chanting & self care is leveling me out.

That's tough. Hope things get better for you.
What works for me doesn't always work for others, but I'll share. When I get stressed over something - if it isn't bleeding or on fire I move to something else and go back to it when I can breathe. Sometimes a small action or distraction helps. But again, that's me.
