My top 3?
Cherry, lemon, and pumpkin. Even though key lime and pecan are close. Face it, there is no bad pie. 🥧
I’d eat almost any of those, especially key lime, pecan, lemon, chess, cherry, blueberry, mince. Pie is divine - even the word “pie” has such a beautiful sound.
But as for choices - where’s the chipotle sweet potato pie? ❤️ It’s sweet and comfy with a kick on the backside.

Just seeing this post. I would love a CoSo pie cookbook. Yes, including sweet AND savory. Breakfast pie could have its own category. I usually do a delicious fritatta, healthy too.
