I am going to try and distract myself until the polls close. Let's talk about pie. It's pie season.
My top 3?
Cherry, lemon, and pumpkin. Even though key lime and pecan are close. Face it, there is no bad pie. 🥧
I’d eat almost any of those, especially key lime, pecan, lemon, chess, cherry, blueberry, mince. Pie is divine - even the word “pie” has such a beautiful sound.
But as for choices - where’s the chipotle sweet potato pie? ❤️ It’s sweet and comfy with a kick on the backside.

Only a building block really. As there is no bad pie, there are no limits either. My mom made a perfect sweet potato pie. Bring it on.
We need a Pies of CoSo cookbook. If it went from sweet to savory we could contrarily include everything from desserts to pizza.
I think I need pie for breakfast.
