Long gone are the days when wearing Keds all day was comfortable.
I have reached the age where I need to be fitted for sneakers. One of my arches seems to be collapsing a bit and walking has become excruciating on the outer edge of my foot and my hips.
Who knew?
My appointment is tomorrow morning. I see multiple dollar signs in the future..

Oh, but this can be life altering! In a good way! It's not cheap, but let me tell you, good, supportive sneakers are da bomb.
