@JGSchaeffer bread flour in fine, you can find “00” at the grocery store as well

@JGSchaeffer super easy. You don’t need a mixer.
2 cups water @110°
2 tsp sugar/salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet dry yeast , bloom the yeast with the sugar and salt
4 cups “00” flour or bread flour, should be 8-12% protein
Combine ingredients, let rise and fold 4 times, every 30 minutes four times. Place in a 9x12 oiled pan, let rise one hour, simple and bake @400 for 20 mins or when golden brown delicious looking. I fold the rosemary and sundried toms after the first rise.

Rosemary and sundried tomato foccacia bread on a lazy Saturday, yes please. It’s so easy to make this bread and comes out amazing.

Just want to wish everyone a Happy New Year on the eve, eve, eve. I’m sure I’ll be asleep by 10 that night. Ah yes, the joys of getting older. 😂😂😂🎉🎊
