@kel I’m driving my couch so we good.
Happy New Year Kel.
See’s Candy treats for after dinner delights are a must. Luckily @Keep_Real knows how to take care of me and brings me home delicacy’s from her trips back home. I’m a lucky man
Mrs. Chef aka @Keep_Real and I would like to wish everyone here a Happy New Year. New adventures are heading my way and it's going to be yet another travel heavy year coming up. I wish all a prosperous and safe year to come. Cheers fam.
@Esther Let me know how it turns out @JGSchaeffer
@JGSchaeffer bread flour in fine, you can find “00” at the grocery store as well
@JGSchaeffer super easy. You don’t need a mixer.
2 cups water @110°
2 tsp sugar/salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet dry yeast , bloom the yeast with the sugar and salt
4 cups “00” flour or bread flour, should be 8-12% protein
Combine ingredients, let rise and fold 4 times, every 30 minutes four times. Place in a 9x12 oiled pan, let rise one hour, simple and bake @400 for 20 mins or when golden brown delicious looking. I fold the rosemary and sundried toms after the first rise.
@JGSchaeffer It’s so good
@fuse bro this was ME in the late 80s as well
@Loffreni It’s rice vermicelli, you can buy it at Asian markets. And yes it’s thin spaghetti
@Valkyrie_D Salt and pepper for me, let the steak’s flavor come through. I’d rather have a sauce on the side for a waygu beef. But that’s just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
