I sincerely worry this has to do with directed energy ray weapons testing. If not then it probably has to do with the non enforcement currently of any EPA regulations.

Ugh.
This reminds me of the current decimation of the bat population - a fungus that interrupts hibernation and causes colonies to die of starvation.
Interesting that early migration and lack of fat stores is one of the culprits being considered.
Our web of connection is so badly ripped apart. I wonder if it will ever be rewoven.
