@Shelter I bet. Environment Canada just released it's long range forecast for the winter. I mean, it's winter, but a third year of la nina plus a polar vortex should be just lovely. O yes.
We're expecting below average snowfall, but the last time we were in the third year of La Nina we ended up with a 22 inch snowfall in late January. Which is a lot for here and grinds everything to a stop.
@Shelter yeah. Montreal is set up for this. We spend in excess of $120million CAD on snow removal (in just the city proper) so 22 inches would be a lot, but it would be removed by the end of the week.
