Last child left home yesterday. I’m still missing a remote and the kitchen needs work, but I anticipate a lot less cleaning and finding activity in my immediate future.
They mostly come in tears. Lachrymostly.
You are the only one who wants to continue to see your name in the papers -- imagine the hubbub when you quit! On second thought, why imagine when you can show us?
If you were to do as I suggest and resign, the state of Arizona will be much better served by the replacement Governor Hobbs picks. So please, if you care about your state and its people, move on to another role that is more deserving of your hijinks.

I think it's time that Arizona had two serious people as Senator. Arizona is a serious state with serious problems in the areas of education funding, voting rights, climate change, and senior care. We need leadership at the federal level in order to address these problems and get the help we need. By turning your back on the Democratic Party you have inhibited your ability to help your state and left us with only one serious Senator to shoulder the burden of governance.
