OMG! Spent the day in a meeting that included a guy with the only case of RLF (resting leer face) I’ve ever seen. He could counteract it with effort, but only for moments at a time. Not shaming, just an affliction I’ve never before contemplated.

So dinner was calabasitas with chicken, fresh roasted Hatch greens, and salsa fresca. On tortillas, muy bueno.

Got all the waste materials in the instant pot pressure cooking for 90 min, hoping to have spicy veggie broth for use making rice, etc...
