A once-in-1,000 year rainfall event has occurred in the Lower Hudson Valley, north of #NYC. Over 9 inches of rain has fallen in just 7 hours in that region causing damaged roadways, water rescues, evacuations and at least 1 reported death due major flooding. A State of Emergency is now in effect for Orange County, #NewYork #NY

Here's the #AirQuality for #NYC and southern #NJ via the free @MyRadar app. Through their wildfire layer i was able to see their is a wildfire in #AtlanticCity NJ contributing to the dangerous air conditions.

At 9:00am the air quality was at 198 or unhealthy. At 3pm I started having respiratory issues and had to inhale some pure O2.

Just now I got the alert below.
