@Bix I am sure he didn't even bother practicing. People like him believe that they can wing it ("it works in my campaign rallies"), then find "reasons" why it did not go as planned in his head.

@Bix Everybody had the questions before the debate! This wasn't an oral final exam. The questions that were asked were policy matters or reflections on their own previous statements that they were there for when they previously stated them. For a person claiming to have the level of intellect required to run the greatest nation in the world as well as lead the world itself its the minimum that should be expected.
@Bix she practiced debate questions with her staff for days. There was even a guy(staff) dressed like třřmp in red tie and blue suit to play his role while in Pittsburgh.
