Media has a responsibility to remind Americans that what's said off-the-record doesn't count *at all* in determining guilt or innocence. #trump claims he's innocent, and he had a chance to clear his name in court by a jury that was chosen by his legal team. He remained silent in court. They lost on every count...he lost 34 times.
