It is the one reason that a trial will get delayed - which is why I think that Trump is thinking about it.
Michael Cohen says that Trump is very afraid of spending even one day in prison.
@Bix @SECRET_ASIAN_MAN It's a quandary. I think you're both right. He's so afraid of jail that he'd do anything to avoid it. Yet he's also terrified of appearing weak. So yeah, 50/50 seems about right.
But police should be on high alert. A riot could shut down the courthouse.
@Bix Mr. Carolina’s theory is that “something” that will emerge in trial testimony is a bombshell that Mango Mussolini is dreading. His loyal followers won’t care, but more mainstream voters might.
@Bix at some point in the next 2-3 years, i expect Donald Trump to attempt to invoke a "diminished mentally" offense to some or all of his crimes.
We know what’s coming next… if they can’t choose an entire jury of Proud Boys trump’s lawyers will demand a mistrial.

My pulled-out-of-my-ass guess is that there is a 50/50 chance that Trump has a medical crisis. It is the one excuse that would halt the trial.
