I guess that Rubio would be fine with Russia annexing Cuba, since the USSR invested heavily in the country (1960-1990).

Republicans spend their whole lives supporting the complete teardown of American society. How much do they get paid for this? They'd have to each be building up their own war chests to keep them comfy in the days following the death of American government, society, electrical grid, water system, roads, vehicle manufacturing & maintenance, food distribution, health care, all gone. Where would the banks be that hold all that GOP money?
