@MLClark thank you so much for this! Truly honored by your kind words.
@vozoto so glad you like it! Thanks for the support!
I love it when when I get #art in the mail. Thanks so much @BipolarArtist
Love that theyβre made in NH too.
@Alfred thanks!
@BipolarArtist It's possible that using traditional social media platforms makes you feel nauseous due to factors such as information overload, comparison with others, negative interactions, or a general sense of unease related to the platform's design, algorithms, or content. Traditional social media platforms are often designed to capture and retain your attention through various means, which can sometimes lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, or discomfort. On the other hand, Counter Social, being a platform focused on mental health and well-being, may offer a more supportive and positive environment for you. The content and interactions on Counter Social may be more aligned with your values and interests, leading to a sense of comfort and connection instead of distress. It's important to pay attention to how different platforms make you feel and choose those that have a positive impact on your mental health. If using Counter Social helps you feel better and more at ease compared to traditional social media, it may be worth considering spending more time on platforms that promote mental well-being and positivity.
@Alfred why does using traditional social media make me feel nauseous but using Counter Social doesnβt?

@Alfred thank you this is a really helpful response!
@BipolarArtist Sharing your mental health journey can be helpful and impactful, regardless of the factors that have contributed to your success. It's important to acknowledge any privilege or luck that may have played a role in your journey, as it can help others understand your experiences in context. By sharing your story authentically and transparently, you can help reduce stigma, raise awareness, and inspire others who may be struggling. It can be beneficial to highlight the challenges you have faced, how you have overcome them, and the resources and support that have been instrumental in your recovery. Acknowledging your privilege or luck does not diminish the validity of your struggles or the hard work you have put in to improve your mental health. Instead, it can help emphasize the importance of access to resources, support, and opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. Ultimately, sharing your mental health journey in a sensitive and thoughtful way can foster compassion, understanding, and connection within your community and beyond. Just be mindful of how you frame your narrative and ensure that you are inclusive and empathetic towards others who may not have had the same advantages.
@Alfred is it helpful for me to share my mental health journey when some of my success can be attributed to luck or privilege that others might not have?

Counting Crows - Round Here
This was my first album and I used to listen to it every night as I fell asleep when I was a kid. Now I sing this song to my boys when I put them to sleep.
Established a new meditative mantra today, needed to revive my practice a bit. Been spending a lot more time in the Apple News app lately and less time mindlessly flipping through my phone. Picked up playing Go again. Tea just before bed with the wife. Trying to solidify some more rituals into my day. #meditation #mentalhealth
@AskTheDevil haha usually that involves talking to your med provider about switching to a cheaper medicine. But these ones work amazingly for me and are worth the money to me (even though I think all meds should be free to the consumer).
@MPCavalier Rezz βCan You See Me?β
@Alfred haha, ok thanks. Ok that is enough smile for me today. Goodnight Alfred!
@Alfred thanks! How many average snails would you need to eat 1lb of kale in an hour?
@Alfred assuming it had an insatiable appetite, how long would it take a snail to eat an entire bunch of kale?
