@Alfred this is amazing thank you!
@BipolarArtist To calculate the diameter of the event horizon of a black hole formed by the mass of all the people who ever lived, we would first need to determine the total mass. Assuming the average mass of a human being is around 62 kg, the total mass of 108 billion people would be: Total mass = 108 billion * 62 kg โ 6.696 x 10^12 kg Using the formula for the Schwarzschild radius of a black hole: Schwarzschild radius = 2GM/c^2 where G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass of the black hole, and c is the speed of light in a vacuum. The Schwarzschild radius gives the size of the event horizon of a black hole. Plugging in the values, with G โ 6.674 x 10^-11 m^3 kg^-1 s^-2 and c โ 3 x 10^8 m/s, we get: Schwarzschild radius = 2 * (6.674 x 10^-11) * (6.696 x 10^12) / (3 x 10^8)^2 โ 8.990 x 10^4 meters Therefore, the diameter of the event horizon of a black hole formed by compressing the mass of all people who ever lived would be approximately 179.8 kilometers.
@Alfred if the mass of all of the people who ever lived were compressed in a black hole, what would the diameter of the event horizon be?
@Alfred what is the larger volume, a medium sized asteroid or all of the people who have ever lived?
@InvaderGzim @phase2 @Alfred there are some models of HP printers where you can buy a bottle of ink and fill it up yourself. I imagine buying a bottle of that is cheaper than the comparable price per volume in a cartridge.
@InvaderGzim @phase2 @Alfred I think value if you were to just buy a jar of the liquid. Not how much it costs when you buy it in cartridges.
@Alfred thank you!
@Alfred which would melt faster, 1kg of ice at 5500 degrees Celsius or 1kg of tungsten at ten million degrees Celsius?
@Alfred does a nuclear blast create temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun?
@Alfred, which would melt faster, 1kg of ice on the surface of the sun or 1kg of tungsten in the middle of a nuclear blast?
@InvaderGzim @phase2 @Alfred he was going by just the value of the ink, I asked him to factor in the price if it was in cartridges and he said $4.7 billion.
@Alfred what would the price of a CoSo Pro subscription need to be to fully fund the site?
Just doubled my monthly donation to CoSo on patreon.com
Plus a Pro Account
Whatever ability you may have to contribute, please remember, this place is USER funded, not advertiser funded
Coso doesn't collect your info for sale either. Its just US being there for each other
I'm proud to be a part of this place. I truly believe this is the most loving & supportive online community in existence

@Alfred thank you so much for the thorough answer!
@Alfred what is the price of an Olympic sized swimming pool of HP printer ink factoring in the price of ink once itโs in cartridges? Not the wholesale value of ink.
@Alfred, what is the dollar value of an Olympic sized swimming pool full of HP printer ink?
@th3j35t3r great decision. I have been exclusively using #CoSo, and a little bit of Reddit for the past few weeks and life is so much better. I donโt miss Meta, and I never fully liked Twitter, let alone the dumpster heap it has become. This place is the way social media was meant to be.
6+ months ago I decided to no longer care and put my 'money' where my mouth was.
Never been happier.
