One thing to do, in your spare time, if you got any. Is to write down your story. Whatever it is. Story is what will get us through this. This is going to be a long dark fight. The light of story will keep future generations sane. Share your story widely. Tell your truth. Tell others not to forget. Remember the stories that supported you, tell those also.
