Unconfirmed, But I heard from a personal contact in St Petersburg.

Roving Pressgangs are picking young men off the streets, forcing them to sign a "volunteer induction" form. Then giving them 3 days to show up at military base, for 30 days training, and then sent on to Ukraine.

(Young man I know, was on his way to work this AM. Got pulled off bus with all the other young men. And press-ganged into service. He was crying as he talked to me.)
