Any suggestions on getting in the routine on working out? Just looking for advice?

@Bacon I set a phone alarm several days/week after dinner when I’d otherwise be watching tv or doomscrolling. It’s like making an appointment with myself.

Start very small.
Make it a routine.Every day. Exact Same time. Same duration. No skipping a day.
