@davastewart Oh good! I used to have a group of people I was accountable with on FB for a bit. We all kind of faded from that community because of life and our dislike for the platform. I do miss it, though.
@mouses I'm the same way! And I get so lost with what I'm supposed to be doing if I don't put some kind of thought process into the HOW I'm going to do things.
@tyghebright I like to have a digital one and a paper one. I keep a weekly list and a daily one that's more specific. If I'm planning on writing, I'll keep one for just that too. I do love crossing things off of it! And I make charts too sometimes! I'll bullet journal too, but my pages are more functional than pretty.
Having a To-Do List yesterday really helped me. Sorry if you all aren't interested in my productivity. Typing out all of my goals and plans and sharing them just helps me focus better. It's out in the universe! It feels more possible for me to manifest it and make it reality.
I'll try not to be annoying about it. Today might not be going as planned, but I'm going to make the most of it all the same!
My youngest is sick with a nasty cold. It's day "Cough like you're dying and have a killer headache" for him. He's not quite big enough to stay back by himself just yet. So that means I have to miss work...again...to take care of him.
We have four days left of school. Four. I was really hoping we'd make it to the end of the year without anymore illness.
Guess I get to stay home and work on ME project things.
Now that I'm no longer sick, I'm ready to get back onto all of my wagons. We'll start with a slow pace, of course, but I need to stop allowing these sorts of set backs to completely derail me to the point of rage quitting. I'm really good at rage quitting lately.
Please, don't tell me I need more compassion and grace for myself. I've got plenty of that already. What I need is to actually get up and try again. I'm tired of sulking in my failures.
@iamwill1w9 I'll probably finish it tonight. I've got 4 episodes left and lots of time after work.
@iamwill1w9 and I'm all caught up!
