Mike Godwin, for whom "Godwin's Law" is named, says that comparing Trump to Hitler is valid.

"If you’re going to compare somebody to Hitler or the Nazis or raise the specter of the Holocaust, be sure you’ve got your facts right. But there’s nothing categorically wrong with Biden’s — or anyone else’s — comparison of Trump calling people vermin or talking about blood poisoning to Hitler."

Woo boy.

Those bright orange plumes on the horizon? That's Lava.

Less than 2km from major electrical infrastructure and headed in that direction.

As promised, here is the blog version of Radio Free California Episode 2351, which includes notes about a band I've added this week you won't find on Spotify or any other streaming platform called Mana Diagram, and I tell you where you can hear them. I believe we are the first radio station outside Japan to play them.

You will also find notes about programming on the radio station this week, cheap shots at the stories of the day and more!

I listened to his show regularly when I was in junior high and high school.

A legend.

I suddenly find myself wanting to go through my Todd Rundgren discography collection.

That'll take a few days.

Somebody sunk some money into making an AI video.

The album is from last year, but the single is from last week.

Here it is my friends, Radio Free California Episode 2351. Surprisingly strong list of mew music this week from Sebastian Bach, Umphrey's McGee, Field Medic, Cigarettes after Sex, Sum 41, Paula Cole, Mick Mars, Los Baby Jaguars and more. Enjoy!

One band missing from this playlist is Mana Diagram, whose new song "Glitter Wind" I've also added to the Radio Station. This band is so new that they're not yet on any streaming services. More when I post my blog later today.

Last night at a party I had a Tom Collins where the bartender added a splash of bitters to the drink, whoch is not how most people make it.

That dash of bitters makes such a huge difference and elevates the drink beyond anything you've had when ordering this drink.

This is how I'm drinking it from now on.

I'm actually going to premiere a song on this week's Radio Free California, only on the Radio Station/App. They're a brand new Japanese Metal artist and don't yet have a single out for distribution. They will soon but I've managed to get my hands on an early copy.

It won't be on the Spotify list because they aren't on any streaming app.

Yet.

More details soon!

Hey, rememberl "Where have all the Cowboys gone?" Paula Cole?

She's back, and with one of the most interesting song titles I've seen in a while: "The Replacements & Dinosoar Jr."

A fella I follow on You Tube named Rick Beato just posted a conversation about the long terms effects of short form video, and how it's making shongs shorter and shorter.

In response, here is my 11 minute single from August.

As near as I can tell, based upon the past activities and the current activities, the only thing that has changed about the Republicans in the House of Representatives investigating potential crimes and malfeasance by Joe Biden is the name of the investigation.

It was a House Investigation. Now it's an Impeachment investigation. The only difference is what they're calling it.

Biden has not been impeached. They just want to keep using that word.

So baby is going to launch a University in Austin, TX. What are the odds that he's going to call it "X University"?

Place yer bets people.

Bluesky has a 3rd party app that allows you to set up your dashboard just like this site's dashboard.

hmmmm.....

God Fucking Damn it!

I first saw him in "Glory" in a movie theater with a girl I dated once. He's young in that role, and holds his own with Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman and a whole cast of great actors (and a couple of good ones).
