Today, for the first time in a while now, I listened to the full album "Gish" by Smashing Pumpkins.
I hadn't forgotten, but man what a good record that is.
Goddam this is a sweet tune. Huntertones, with "Six One Four"
Now available at most of the usual places, a new version of my EP "Hatey" with a bonus track - the cleaned up version of "Woke AF" better known as "Woke AF Minus F".

I have been a fan of bassist Endea Williams for a while now; the's the bassist in Louis Cato's band on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. I've watched her play her heart out and keep up with the best of them.
So today I finally went looking for any mosuc she's relesed on her own, and lo and behold there's one fantastic jazz album out there, called "Feel Good Music". She has of course guested on many albums, but this one is so worth a listen.
This crossed my feed this morning, and so I share.
I really didn't appreciate the bass part until I saw it live.

Holy carp this is impressive. Celebrating #Juneteenth, this is Kings Return, whom I had never heard of before 10 minutes ago. with an astonishing a capella rendition of "After the Love has Gone"
Musically speaking, I can honestly say I did not see this coming. The video ain't much but the song...
Oh man, the SONG! I missed this one completely.

Fantastic new song from Lake Street Drive: "Dance With a Stranger"
Airbag, the Norwegian prog-rock band, has dropped a new album called "The Century of the Self" and it is a wonderfully restrained and melodic album full of wonderful songwriting and performing. Definately worth a listen on the platform of your choice.
While the Fake AI is more than a little distracting this new song from Wishy is pretty damned good.
