The writing strategy for both genres is to communicate sensations that help arouse the reader (arousal being either anxiety, fear, lust or other strong emotions). These are the only two genres I chose to focus on in my writing because I enjoy honing this particular skill. Another early start for me today. Yesterday, I was mostly off-line writing and didn't even get to Wordle. My editor sent me his notes on my next book, slated for publication in the summer, and they're great. It's so exciting to dive back into this story. Can't wait until it's out. #CoSoWriters
