The Biden administration on Thursday proposed a rule intended to require people selling firearms at gun shows and on the internet to conduct background checks on potential buyers, in an effort to curb the so-called gun show loophole.

My advice for people getting their trusts or wills together. Make sure it is iron clad and that there is a beneficiary (if preferred) on everything and I do mean everything. From bank accounts on down to auto loans. Banks will laugh in your face if you bring a trust in to try to access the bank account of someone who has died but made you beneficiary of that bank account just on paper. It has to be on the actual account, in big dumb letters that they can see on their computer screens.

update: Boston Police confirm 7 people shot in the area of Blue Hill Ave and Talbot Avenue. They've been transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. Very active scene right now. BPD says firearms have been recovered and arrests have been made.
