Get the head pharmicist, have them confirm the required prescription is for brand and not generic.
Then tell them you will file a complaint with the state licensing board if they fail to follow the doctor's written prescription. Remind them state law trumps corporate policy.
Worst case is they charge you retail price and you have to put in for the reimbursement yourself. But they should give it to you.
In the end it's about them getting paid.
