Quick #cosocooks advice needed:
I'm about to pan fry some chicken for a chicken and waffles dinner. Panko or regular seasoned bread crumbs?

You can always add seasoning to your panko.

I imagine you will get panko recommended, but, if you have access to "just add water" mashed potatoes, try that. it's incredibly good

Thanks to everyone for the advice. Chicken came out absolutely perfect doing a shallow fry in a cast iron pan.
