Well that one is is a blatant scam tactic. I'm talking about nag emails from legit accounts I have that want me to add my phone number, a second email, etc.

@voltronic I unloaded all my personal info, opened a burner email account and wiped my existence from the platform. Bird app is going to go up in flames.
@voltronic a friend of mine was using a nickname as her FaceBook username/handle. Somebody "ratted" her out and her account was suspended. In order to restore it they asked her to use her real name, and to send them a form of ID -with picture- to confirm it was really her.
I was out of there fast as lightning shortly after she told me.
A picture ID? My real name? Who the fuck do they think they are?
Unfortunately she needed it for work, thankfully I didn't.
