I just finished 'Clickbait' on Netflix. It was great, but it also implies some serious #cososec points:
1. Secure all personal devices with password / pin locks.
2. Do not connect personal devices to work networks or devices.
3. Do not do personal things on work devices.
4. Turn off location tagging in all apps.
5. Use strong, unique passwords and MFA for all accounts.
6. Do not post anything about your personal life on public sites.
7. Trust your gut when it tells you something is off.
^ I should add that there is a good deal of overlap with above points and the excellent Social Media Guide created by @White_Rabbit, to whom I am personally grateful for his excellent advice over the years.
@voltronic @White_Rabbit also, when you think of things like android devices, get a degoogled one... (Seems to be missing from the list.)

Easier said than done. For pre-installed solutions, you're looking at Purism and /e/ mostly, and those phones aren't easy to find.
You could install Graphene or Lineage on an existing device, but that requires a level of tinkering beyond what most people are comfortable with. (I used to run Cyanogenmod on my older phones, the predecessor of Lineage.)
@mikeflstfi
Same here. Last phone I ran it on was a Galaxy S3. I've considered trying to run Lineage on my last few phones, but haven't felt like going through all the bootloader unlocking and flashing.
@mikeflstfi
Lineage is the same thing if you're game to try.
@voltronic
While cool, it was a bit of work. But I still miss it.
