Ok second day of morning vertigo but not as bad. I think bc I haven't been hydrating well as I should. I'll fix that today.
If that doesn't fix it, I'll see a doctor or ER depending.

^^^ actually I found some yoga for vertigo if you have the most common form (BPPV) which has something to do with crystals in the inner ear (not woo woo crystals lol)
