Sounds like he's had undiagnosed and untreated neurological differences and possibly mental illness since he was a kid.
Would be tragic for him, but now that he's being thrust into a position of power, it's a tragedy for all Americans.

It is tragic. As if we haven't already been fighting heroin and opioid addiction as a society. That hasn't worked out too well.
