@Kaysymmetry All of Alabama ignores the US Constitution. They think the Articles of Confederation are still in effect and they are still part of the Confederacy.
The government shouldn't even be asking about a citizen's gender. Neither should employers.
All genders have the same human rights. Attempts to identify someone by gender is no different than making Jews wear a yellow Star of David.

No gender on IDs. Normalize gender neutral language and forms of address unless someone asks you to use something specific.
