Why I prefer delivery, even though they rarely pick the best produce. Some stores are less stressful than others, based on the lighting and layout. (Central Market is good, Sprouts and Trader Joes are OK, Target and Walmart overwhelm me within minutes.)
The Albertson's is literally a five-minute drive from here. Works for me.
Sprouts is a 20 minute walk from me. Trader Joes 30 minutes. I have to get a rideshare bringing the groceries home.
I really need to do that more and do less delivered groceries... both stores are only moderately overstimulating.
But any day I go shopping is a day I get nothing else done. It really fries my brain.

Grocery shopping is my main excuse for getting out of the house.
The produce is sometimes somewhat better, and always a lot pricier, at Sprouts than at Albertson's.
Also, I have to drive entirely across town to get to Sprouts, and if I wanted to do THAT, I'd go to the WinCo, which is probably my favorite supermarket.
