@AskTheDevil If I did, and it upset you, send me their address I won't do anything bad to anyone, I promise.
@MLClark @AskTheDevil True that. I would suffer without The Devil in my life.
@tippitiwichet @MLClark I mean, can't say you won't suffer with the Devil _in_ your life, but you'll have company! : )
@MLClark @tippitiwichet
Eh. I'm willing to call it all forgiven (in the sense of, no more debts or connection), and chalk it up to me making a bet someone would turn out different and guessing wrong this time.
I swear though, yet again, I feel like "Ya know, you got 2 boats and a helicopter..."
I've relinquished any "offer refuge" privileges in the household. I leave that to those with better biases.
@MLClark @tippitiwichet But yes your assessment is pretty much how we feel about it.
We welcomed them in, and they were unsafe as well as disrepectful in word and deed. When asked not to do things, and told that there would be consequences, they consistently and spitefully took it as a dare instead of a boundary, and here we are.
@tippitiwichet That is very thoughtful and I am touched.
But really, they're already on _Satan's_ shit-list, so... ; )
@AskTheDevil Lol, it does seem like it would be silly to cross The Devil.
@tippitiwichet I made a promise not to hex anyone to death a while back. I never said anything about not hexing them to step on every rake.
@tippitiwichet I kid. I don't do stuff like that. Even if I could, I prefer to move on rather than relitigate already-failed relationships by petty revenges.
Besides, when you're holding someone up, and they scratch your eyes to make you let go, you can just let go, and gravity does the rest.
@AskTheDevil That's sad. It would be more fun to let that happen and the rake thing as well.
Oh, wait. We're nice here. Fine. Have it your way.
@tippitiwichet Also, they had an ancient spirit able to advise them on all matters spiritual and temporal at their disposal, and they couldn't get past the lesson on manners. Sad, really.
@AskTheDevil That kind of sounds like me and Joe.
@tippitiwichet @AskTheDevil
The person in question already did something bad to themself, by abusing a shared space with reckless and harmful conduct that required their removal - and in consequence, their loss of friendship and support.
No busted kneecaps or slug to the noggin can ever compare to the damage that person did to themself, by being a bad friend and requiring our dear Luce to intervene to protect everyone else in their home.
