@KazzyH It's not the town. Just me. This is a trailer, so the pipes are above the ground and only kept from sight by a thin skirting. Last year we had pipes burst and I saw the heat tape wasn't warm at all, I mentioned it a few times in December when Joe was here, but we never got anyone out here to look at it. Kept getting distracted. Ah, well.
Hoping it thaws soon. At the house I grew up in the pipes use to freeze from the street to the house. We argued with the town so many times over it. Ugh.
