I did a blog post showing how to make a secular devotional journal, the one I used to help me recently navigate a high conflict conversation.

@Ellomumsy Our feelings are usually unresolved because we both know we want to retreat when our feelings are hurt, but we also want to be the one who decides when the conversation ends, it gets messy. If I try to end it after my feelings are hurt, without them having a chance to get their say, they feel snubbed. If they try to leave after saying I'm being irrational, they leave me feeling insulted, and feeling snubbed. If I try to bring it up later, I'm dragging up old deep seated things.
@Ellomumsy I found 78 Days Around the Tarot to be an inspiring introspective journey, I still honor insights from it to this day. I think I did it about a decade ago.
@tippitiwichet this is pretty spot on to my situation. I hate it. I avoid talking about touchy issues because of it. It is not usually me that starts these arguments, but sometimes an innocent conversation triggers something. Anyhow, human relationships are messy and I’m finding tarot is actually helping me do some inner work.
