It warmed my heart today to see how many people were in a virtual seminar on standing up to street harassment, (ty again @NorCalCherylLyn ) knowing they do the lessons regularly and they get that attendance was nice. I've been transcribing my notes into my journal I read when the world frustrates me. Notes that help me stand up to it more effectively.
