My adrenaline level went through the roof reading this. I probably would have done what the writer did. It’s probably incredibly stupid but instinct takes over. There is a group mentioned that teaches techniques to more safely interrupt a violent situation. If you’re not large enough or trained in dangerous situations stepping in can be dangerous for you and the victim.

@NorCalCherylLyn I could never live with myself if I stood by and did nothing, and my daughter watched me stand by and let that happen.
