Tauri is such a great workout cat. I'm sitting on the new rower setting everything and getting it ready for tomorrow and he's next to me on his wheel walking. He always walks when I am rowing or on the Peloton in the mornings. He thinks I'm working out ❤️ He's the best company at 6am.
The new rower is all setup and ready to go for tomorrow. I'm actually so excited to start exercising again in the morning and do some PT for my right arm and shoulder.
The ortho said rowing is one of the best exercises if I can tolerate it. It is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I could literally row all day in front of the TV. I can totally tolerate it. It's gonna hurt like hell but eventually I'll be able to build the muscles back up.
I can't wait to get on and play rowing games! ❤️

@PeaceMob It has everything I need including absolutely epic games and syncs with Strava which is amazing. It also allows streaming from Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and others. It's my present to myself so I can enjoy focusing on my physical therapy going forward. ❤️

@thewebrecluse aw what a cute baby! I love the wheels. Rachel and Jun have one of those. I don't think my cats would use one but it's amazing.
@evistre Only Tauri uses it hardcore. Vir just sometimes he has a fit of energy and he'll go crazy for a few minutes and hop off. 🤣 The cat we had before them NEVER used it even once. So it really just depends on the cats I think.

First thing I love about the #Aviron rowing machine is that it has lower back support. I row 90% of the time and it does strain your lower back even with proper form.
The second thing I love is how high it is off the ground. It's basically like sitting on a bench.
No more getting down on the ground to row and my knees getting mauled trying to get back up.
It's like sitting in a starship seat which will be great for all the games that come with it.
