My new #Aviron rowing machine arrived today with all the bells and whistles including lumbar support which is just epic AF ... It just a matter of getting this fantastic piece of equipment put together.
First thing I love about the #Aviron rowing machine is that it has lower back support. I row 90% of the time and it does strain your lower back even with proper form.
The second thing I love is how high it is off the ground. It's basically like sitting on a bench.
No more getting down on the ground to row and my knees getting mauled trying to get back up.
It's like sitting in a starship seat which will be great for all the games that come with it.
Tauri is such a great workout cat. I'm sitting on the new rower setting everything and getting it ready for tomorrow and he's next to me on his wheel walking. He always walks when I am rowing or on the Peloton in the mornings. He thinks I'm working out ❤️ He's the best company at 6am.
@thewebrecluse aw what a cute baby! I love the wheels. Rachel and Jun have one of those. I don't think my cats would use one but it's amazing.
