To change the ticket now would be discarding the votes and will of all of the people who voted for Biden / Harris in the primary. You can't just tell a bunch of voters that their votes don't count and that your opinion is more important than their votes. That is a dictatorship. Stop falling for a scheme by Thiel backed donors. Your idea of Biden's decline is based purely off of what you are seeing on social media and in the MSM, in my opinion.
