I finally found out how to make a lidocaine patch stay where I put it! šŸŽ‰ ā€¦at least while Iā€™m awake. I place it on my hip, (which is where I need it the most right now), then I hold my hand against it as I move around, sit down or lay down on the couch. Do this several times and it stays where I need it to.

Now, as for staying on my lower back, I havenā€™t a clue how thatā€™s supposed to work because they pull away from my skin the second I bend over or stand up.

@see_the_sus I usually try to wear something close-fitting over them when I use. For the lower back, try leggings! If they carry your size range, Torrid's are really nice fabric and comfy to wear.

@evistre

Iā€™ll keep this in mind for down the road when I have some extra money. Thanks for the tip!

@see_the_sus <333 Best of luck! The big tip with leggings is they should be looooong, going up to your natural waist.

@see_the_sus Oh! Also, you could try medical tape. I've used that several times. Make sure the skin underneath is relatively clean of oils.
