I have a theory that the weird punctuation showing up everywhere is due to AI's being trained on open access journal articles. Where ppl constantly over used punctuation to sound "smart" ...just my opinion. #ehEye #punctuation
@scottyorange I keep getting apostrophes in weird places.
Very annoying.
Trying to type on my phone is really bad. Not only do I have fumble thumbs, the predictive text is downright bizarre sometimes.

@scottyorange If I am ever tempted at all to use a semicolon, I either re-write my sentence, or I just write a nice, satistfying-to-write run-on sentence. Nobody's grading my paper.
Do they even teach how to use a semicolon in grade school?
